By accessing or using FlowFocus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

FlowFocus is a free, browser-based study dashboard that provides focus timers, ambient sounds, music integration, task management, and collaborative study rooms. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

User Conduct

When using FlowFocus, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
• Treat other users in study rooms and chat with respect
• Not use the Service to distribute spam, hate speech, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service

Study Rooms

Study rooms are shared spaces. By joining a room, you acknowledge that your display name and chat messages may be visible to other users in the same room. We reserve the right to moderate content and remove users who violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

The FlowFocus brand, design, and original content are protected. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission. Third-party content (Spotify, Todoist) is subject to the respective providers' terms.

Limitation of Liability

FlowFocus is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any data loss, interruption of service, or damages arising from the use of the Service. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
